Reviews

A site can show the reviews the workspace has chosen to show (from Google, Facebook and its own sites) and take new ones from visitors. Which reviews show, the minimum stars and the widget’s layout are set in Reviews › Settings.

Reading reviews

POST /_platform/store/reviews answers a page of reviews from a copy Digize rebuilds a moment after a review or the widget’s settings change:

productSlug	Only reviews of this product. Left out, every review the widget shows, newest first.
limit	1 to 50; 12 when left out.
cursor	The next of the page before.

layout is the one chosen in the settings (carousel, grid or list). average and count are across every review, shown or not. reviewer is a first name and initial, since the page is public; source is google, facebook or site; reply is the business’s answer or null.

Leaving a review

POST /_platform/store/submit-review keeps a visitor’s review for the team to approve; the widget shows it once someone does.

Field
rating	Required: 1 to 5 stars.
name	Required. Shown as a first name and initial.
title, body	At least one of them.
email	Optional. With one, the reviewer is added to the CRM.
productSlug	The product it’s about.
requestToken	The review parameter a review request’s link added to the page, so the review is matched to the request.
turnstileToken	Turnstile’s token, also read from cf-turnstile-response. Required, as for forms.

It answers { "reviewId": "rev_…" }. A review is at most 16 KB, and one visitor can leave 30 a minute on a site; pass the visitor’s address in x-forwarded-for, as for forms.
