• Digize

Imports contacts from a CSV with a header row. Columns named like name, first_name, last_name, email, phone, company, city, tags, owner_id and created_at, and columns named after a custom field’s key or label, are read. A row matching an existing contact by id or by the duplicate rule updates it; the rest are added. Reports what was added, updated and skipped, with each skipped row’s reason.

Needs the crm:write permission.
